CORALE

120 years of Villa Romana

SONORA
On the occasion of its 120th anniversary Villa Romana invited its alumni to participate in a choral piece that, through sounds and voices, memories and soundworks, comes together to give glimpses of life at Villa Romana.

CORALE is entitely prodouced using archival sounds and voices prvided by the artists, something could be real and something could be surreal, weaved together to mirror the idea of an artistic residence as a place for critical thinking, but also exploration, its privilege and intrinsic paradox/es.
