INTERVIEWS
On the occasion of Archive/ Counter Archive Conference we met Italian artist Rossella Biscotti, whose research and practice is deeply weaved together with the archive and the many issues that are linked with it: memory and identity, amnesia, access, imaginary, truth, narrative and history.
Rossella Biscotti, The undercover Man, video still, 2008.
Together with her we talked about Joseph Pistone – aka Donnie Brasco – whom she managed to meet somewhere in the US – about archival materials as cultural heritage, about the relation between memory and sound.
The conversation is in Italian.
