Radia Show 948 | Frontyard

Hethre Contant & Jon Panther for Diffusion 107

RADIA

This brunch residency occurred every Saturday morning from 11am (ish) to 2pm (ish) in Frontyard’s Frontyard Marrackville NSW.

Hethre Contant and Jon Panther used this time to create process-driven radio experiments using the Mezcal audio streaming platform developed by August Black, extremely low-powered terrestrial radio wave technologies, other electromagnetic and time-based sensing tools.

Frontyard is a Not-Only-Artist Run Initiative. A pro-active, flexible space for practical skills-sharing, community cultural engagement and critical research. Its aim is to challenge, facilitate and nurture collaborations between people with a passion for culture and to build a more resilient and sustainable independent arts community for the future.
