Weiss’s books The Wind and the Source in the Shadow of Mount Ventoux (2005), Breathless: Sound Recording, Disembodiment and Transformation of Lyrical Nostalgia (2002) and Varieties of Audio Mimesis (2008).
Allen S. Weiss is one of the participating artists of the artists in residence project Nuovi Paesaggi - Sound stories from Tuscany. He will be staying at Villa Romana from Spetember 22nd to October 6th.
During his residency, on October the 3rd he will present his work in progress at Villa Romana, on the occasion of his public conversation.
