Back in Venice, for Fare Mondi, the 53rd Art Biennial curated by Daniel Birnbaum.
We have walked through the Giardini, the Arsenale, commuting between a national pavillion and a collateral event, recording voices, sounds, meeting artists and curators. We got lost - as usual in Venice - we tried to cope with the vaporettos, tuning in with the different expanded time you live in where you are there, we've run like crazy to grab a ticket to enter the British Pavillion and we've survived it....even if the expectations were higher than the real experience we had...
We now report from those mad, intense, tiring and incredibly beautiful days: you can now listen to the voices of Tania Bruguera, Alfredo Jaar, Ivo Mesquita, Luis Braga, Delson Uchoa, Alberto Tadiello, Ragnar Kjatansson, Arto Lindsay and his performace - parade Multinatural (blackout).
