Here is an interview with art critic Marinella Paderni, recorded on the occasion of the Contemporary Art Festival 2010 in Faenza.

Marinella Paderni curated the third volume of Laboratorio Italia, published by John & Levi. The book presents the work of fourty-six Italian artists working with photography.

Franco Vaccari, Photomatic, XXXVI Venice Biennale, 1972.

In this interview Paderni describes the unusal Italian photography scene which, unlikely other scenes like the German one in Dusseldorf, isn’t recognizable into one single canon.

The interview is available only in Italian.
