We talked about Latouche, Ivan Illich, Masanobu Fukuoka, about marginality – both of the artist in society and of those individuals living on the edges of it – and inequality, starting from Marshall Walter Taylor, a talented black professional cyclist who won the world 1 mile (1.6 km) track cycling championship in 1899 after setting numerous world records and overcoming racial discrimination
