Black History Month Florence 2018

ARCHIVE

We're glad to join the incredible network of people running the Black History Month Florence, a cross institutional network for black cultural production that celebrates the diversity of Afro-descendent Cultures in the context of Italy. The initiative - conceived, curated and put together by Justin Randolph Thompson in collaboration with Janine Gaelle Dieudji - is engaged in programming and co-promoting over 50 events next February, including concerts, lectures, exhibitions, dance, cinema and much more. Check out the calendar online!

Radio Papesse took care of two projects: the first one - opening on February 2nd - is Emeka Ogboh: Lagos Soundscapes. The second is a collaboration between Anike Joyce Sadiq & Sinethemba Twalo: To whom it may concern. A belated and sonorous register, inaugurating next Feb. 14th.
